It has been verified that 22 international students ofShanghai Business Schoolhave been absent from the course assessment for3times or more without any reason, or have completed the period of suspension or retention of their academic status, and they have not applied for re-enrollment within the period stipulated by theschoolor failed to apply for re-enrollment after review.It is proposed toexpel these22 international studentsaccording toitem4(4)of “Administrative Regulations ofInternationalStudents’Academic Statusin Shanghai Business School (Revised)”(No. 22 ofShanghai Business SchoolInternational [2023]). In addition,3 international students apply for withdrawal on their own initiative. It is proposed toexpel these three international students with the approval oftheclass teachers,thesecondary collegesandCollege of International Education. (Please refer toAppendix1 for the list of 25 international students to be expelled.)

If the international student has any objection to the decision, please submit it to the College for review within the publicity period.Applicationsfor reviewbeyond the publicity period will not be accepted. The international students who have no objectionat the expiration of the publicity period will be expelled.
