First, Chen Wei stressed the significance of 2021, the first year of the “14th Five-year Plan” period. Centering on the main keynotes of “new, pragmatic, and satisfactory”, he sorted out the departmental structure of the new College, introduced its staff composition, and envisaged the annual work plans and tasks of various departments, pointing out the direction of overall arrangement in the new year. Next, The Administration Office, the Office of International Student Affairs, and the Project Department of the Base presented respectively their annual work plans. It is worth noting that, in terms of the decomposition and refinement of work goals and the practicability and feasibility of work plans, each department has their own highlights. In the end, Chen Wei summarized the work done since the beginning of this term, and raised some requirements for the implementation of tasks in the next stage. He emphasized that all teaching and administrative staff should pull together and collaborate wholeheartedly in this semester to achieve the common goal of “internationalization”.

The meeting concluded in a cheerful and inspiring atmosphere. A new semester is a new starting point, and we should make new resolutions to achieve new development. It is our sincere belief that, guided by the new leadership of the College, we will ride the wind and waves to achieve further success.
