A year passed since my participation in the Seminar in Shanghai, but the memories about spent days still warm my heart. Now I am honored to congratulate You on the 70th anniversary of Shanghai Business School’s foundation, as well as the 10th anniversary of establishment of the MOFCOM Training Base for International Business Officials (Shanghai). It’s an indeed symbolic anniversary. So I hope to witness the continuous achievements of the SBS and its vision to become a world leader in education as the Country itself. Through the experience gained during the last 70 years, Shanghai Business School can continue to play a substantial role in encouraging and coordinating development and progress for the business initiators throughout the world.

El gobierno de Cuba y en su nombre el Ministerio de la Construcción, agradece al gobierno de China y en esta ocasión a la Escuela de Negocio de Shanghái por preparar el seminario, como parte de los convenios de colaboración entre China y los países de América, Europa, África. En este momento, Cuba desarrolla el Plan Estratégico Económico del país hasta el año 2030. Prepara y ejecuta varios proyectos con impacto en la economía en el Sistema Industrial, el Transporte, Puertos, Viviendas, programas Hidráulicos, Turismo, Energia Renovable. Logrando un encadenamiento con la industria nacional. En cada uno de los proyectos está presente China como uno de los países de mayor cooperación, que implementa con acciones concretas los acuerdos gubernamentales entre todos los países que participamos en el seminario. Gracias por preparar el seminario de capacitación para nosotros. Siendo la base para mantener la cooperación entre todos los países.
