On the afternoon of September 13, College of International Education and MOFCOM Training Base for International Business Officials (Shanghai) held the first faculty meeting for new semester in meeting room 1503 of Xuhui campus. Vice Dean Chen Wei attended the meeting and delivered a speech.

At the meeting, Chen Wei sorted out the overall work situation of each department during the summer vacation, conveyed the main spirit of the middle-level leaders meeting of our university , focused on doing a good job in the first year of the 14th Five-Year Plan, clarified the goals and talked about the working ideas of the new semester.
Chen Wei first affirmed the effectiveness of each department.Regardless of the effect and the number of participants enrolled in foreign aid training, the optimization of the international student process and the guarantee services of the college office, our college has achieved remarkable results. After expressing his gratitude to everyone for their outstanding works, he talked about the working ideas of the new semester. He said that the next task is heavy and long, therefore, each department must insist on giving priority to performance, strengthen unity and cooperation, continue to think and innovate, so as to gather the strength of the team to ensure clear work responsibilities and strict discipline.
Chen Wei also conveyed the main spirit of the middle-level leaders meeting of our university. The theme of the meeting was "taking advantage and promoting the construction of a high-level applied business university comprehensively", and it summarized the new breakthroughs in the first half of 2021, especially the establishment of College of Shanghai Lausanne Hospitality Management and the successful application of two master's degree programs, which marked the entry into a new period of development. Facing the new stage, Chen Wei hopes that all staff can work hard to ensure the completion of annual objectives and tasks.
